What are the minimum age requirements to rent a car?

Most car rental companies require drivers to be at least 21 years old. However, some companies may require drivers to be 25 or older depending on the vehicle class and location. At KC Cars On Call, we require renters to be at least 21 years old.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?

Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off services at all our rental locations within the Kansas City metro area. 

What documents do I need to rent a car?

To rent a car, you typically need a valid driver’s license, a credit card in your name, and proof of insurance. Some rental companies may also require additional documentation, such as a passport or a secondary form of ID.

What happens if I return the car late?

Late returns are subject to additional charges as specified in your rental agreement. If you anticipate that you will be returning the car after the scheduled time, please contact our customer service team so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
